Finding a Balance

While it is imperative that we are mindful of what we eat, we also need to be zen about eating. Zen eating is not a diet but living an enjoyable healthy lifestyle that seeks to find a balance in our ever demanding schedules. Every now and then we will go out to eat and enjoy a meal that we might not regularly indulge in or prepare at home.

With that said, I was recently at Porter Belly´s Pub in Brighton, MA where I had chicken curry . If like me, you hanker Irish food on occasion, Porter Belly´s serves up a delectable chicken curry worth a four and a half Om rating.
